    Verify identity (KYC)

    Upload ID and proof of address in your seller dashboard.

    List & ship

    Add products, set pickup, and dispatch with AfriyahTrack riders.

Returns & refunds (sellers)

  • Buyers may open a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
  • You have 4 business days to review and manage return parcels when a return is opened.
  • Return shipment costs are deducted from your seller balance when you authorize a return.
  • After receiving the item, you have 4 business days to approve or reject the refund with clear evidence.
  • If you reject a refund, Afriyah opens an appeal for platform review; outcomes are communicated to you and the buyer.
