Terms & Conditions

1. Our business and your purchase

These terms govern use of Afriyah Global’s website and app and purchases from Afriyah Global Nigeria Limited, trading as Afriyah Global, registration number RC8675482.

Afriyah Global is the contractual seller for every purchase completed through Afriyah Global checkout. We may use supplier, fulfilment or delivery partners, but Afriyah Global remains your point of contact for the purchase, delivery support, returns, refunds and order complaints.

Contact: info@afriyahglobal.com; +2348036293738; BABAJIDE AWOLESI AVENUE, MAGODO GRA PHASE 1, ISHERI, 100214, LAGOS, LAGOS STATE, NIGERIA.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Provide accurate information, keep sign-in details and one-time codes confidential, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for your own use and use you authorise. These terms do not automatically make you liable for every unauthorised act performed through a compromised account.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the goods identified at checkout. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of that offer.

Afriyah Global accepts your offer when we send an order confirmation after successful payment authorisation. Until acceptance, either party may cancel; if we have taken payment for goods we will not supply, we will refund it. After acceptance, cancellation and changes remain subject to the contract and applicable law. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase the agreed price without your agreement.

Before acceptance, an order may be declined for a genuine availability, payment-verification, legal or material listing-error reason.

4. Product information and prices

Descriptions must accurately state material features, condition, variants and included accessories. Screen colour differences do not excuse a materially different product.

Checkout identifies the amount and currency payable and any delivery or other charges collected by Afriyah Global. Pay only using instructions generated through the official Afriyah Global checkout.

Checkout shows any delivery charge and any import duty or import tax that apply for your delivery address. What you see and pay at checkout is all you pay Afriyah Global for that order.

5. Delivery and product checks

Orders of $50 USD or more (catalogue subtotal) qualify for free delivery. Under $50 USD, a destination delivery fee applies: $4.99 (Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Uganda), $9.99 (other African ship-to markets we serve), or $12.99 (other eligible destinations). Fees are shown in your currency at checkout and on WhatsApp before you pay. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and order — read the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimates do not remove your remedies for non-delivery or unreasonable delay.

Where available, packing or inspection media may appear on your order tracking page before dispatch on most eligible customer orders. Viewing it does not mean you waive rights concerning goods actually delivered. Confirm receipt only after receiving the parcel.

6. Returns and refunds

The Refunds & Returns and Buyer Protection policies explain the request process and the commercial return window. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Nothing in these terms reduces mandatory rights concerning defective, unsafe, misdescribed or undelivered goods.

7. Product warranties and guarantees

Many products include a manufacturer warranty. Where one applies, the period and what it covers are stated on the product page or with the goods. Typical manufacturer cover (where stated) includes about 1–2 years for electronics and about 1–3 years for appliances. Fashion manufacturing defects are handled under our returns rules.

Manufacturer warranty sits alongside Afriyah Global’s Buyer Protection and your legal rights if goods are faulty, unsafe, wrong or not as described. Using a manufacturer warranty does not remove Afriyah Global’s responsibility for the purchase.

8. Lawful use and communications

Do not commit fraud, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property, list or obtain prohibited goods, harass others, upload malicious material or bypass access controls. Use order communications for legitimate order purposes.

Do not request private payments, share payment credentials, or use order chat to divert an Afriyah Global purchase. Messages may be withheld for review under the Privacy Policy.

Afriyah Global’s Buyer Protection applies to purchases paid through Afriyah Global checkout. A separate transaction paid privately outside checkout is outside that programme and is not covered by Afriyah Global policies or support.

9. Content and intellectual property

Afriyah Global and its licensors retain their rights in service materials. You retain rights in content you submit. To operate the service, you grant Afriyah Global a non-exclusive permission to host, display and use that content for its submitted purpose. Personal information remains subject to the Privacy Policy.

10. Restrictions, responsibility and complaints

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, security risk or legal requirement. We will explain the decision and a review route unless lawful restrictions prevent this. Account action does not erase outstanding refund obligations or statutory rights.

Afriyah Global remains responsible for obligations imposed on it by contract and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or statutory consumer rights.

Send complaints to info@afriyahglobal.com with your order reference. You remain free to use competent regulators, payment-provider processes and courts.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Nigerian law, subject to mandatory protections applicable to your purchase. No exclusive court or compulsory arbitration is imposed by these terms.

Changes will state their effective date. A later update will not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as lawful.
