Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy

Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy

Effective date: 18 October 2026 · Version 2.0 · Questions: info@afriyahglobal.com

General rule

Do not list, supply, buy or transport goods through Afriyah Global where doing so is unlawful or contrary to this policy. Goods must comply with the laws and applicable safety requirements of the origin, transit and destination locations.

Afriyah Global approval cannot legalise prohibited goods or replace a required licence, registration, import permission or carrier approval.

Prohibited goods

  • illegal goods and stolen property;
  • counterfeit products, pirated material and goods infringing third-party rights;
  • recalled or unsafe products;
  • goods whose sale, export, import or transport is prohibited by applicable law.

Do not disguise a product, misstate its contents or route a prohibited transaction through another category.

Restricted categories

Weapons, explosives, hazardous chemicals and certain adult, medical or prescription-only products require specific legal scrutiny. A licence alone does not establish that Afriyah Global accepts an item.

Before listing or accepting an order in a restricted category, obtain written Afriyah Global approval and provide the required compliance documents. Do not list while approval or required evidence is outstanding.

Seller responsibilities

Provide accurate descriptions, safety information, warnings and any required product documentation. Ensure that goods supplied match the approved listing and remain lawful at the time of sale and shipment. Tell Afriyah Global promptly about recalls, safety concerns or expired authorisations.

Reports and enforcement

Use “Report this listing” where available or email info@afriyahglobal.com with the listing reference and concern.

Afriyah Global may remove or restrict listings, stop affected dispatches or suspend an account where reasonably necessary. Any payout hold must have a stated lawful or contractual basis and be proportionate. Removal does not automatically forfeit all supplier funds or remove customer refund rights. Where lawful, Afriyah Global will explain the action and allow relevant evidence to be submitted for review.
